Coaching Program Service, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Create Content Club. This policy explains our procedures for processing your enrollment in our personalized coaching program, as well as our refund and cancellation conditions. Please read this document carefully before enrolling.
1. Enrollment and Service Delivery
Enrollment Processing:
Once your enrollment is confirmed, we will schedule your personalized coaching sessions within 14 days. Should there be any delays, you will be promptly informed via email or direct message.
Service Delivery:
Our coaching program is fully personalized and delivered online or through designated communication channels. Detailed information regarding session schedules, platform access, and any required materials will be provided upon confirmation of your enrollment.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and immediate nature of our coaching program, you acknowledge and agree that the standard right of withdrawal is waived once the service begins. Accordingly, refunds will only be available if a cancellation request is submitted within 14 days from the commencement of the program. After this period, no refunds will be offered because the service is considered to have been fully delivered.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Enrollment:
You may cancel your enrollment without penalty if the cancellation request is submitted within 14 days from the confirmation of your enrollment. If your cancellation request is made after this period or if any coaching sessions have already been conducted, no refund will be issued.

4. Consumer Rights and Waiver of Withdrawal
Under applicable consumer laws, you typically have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. However, because our personalized coaching program commences immediately upon your explicit consent, you hereby acknowledge and waive this right once the service begins. As stated above, refund requests will only be accepted if submitted within 24 hours from the start of the program. No refunds will be provided thereafter.
